Refund and Returns Policy

At SAGA Residence, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both guests and the property.

Standard Cancellation

  • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged one night’s accommodation fee.

No-Show

Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged according to the booking terms, which may include the full booking amount.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Booking Modifications

Reservation changes are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
